Screening

My safety and comfort are paramount, so light screening is required for all new acquaintances. For our first meting kindly send me one or two of the following screening information: References from established providers you saw recently, LinkedIn with a picture, Photo ID, Phone number & email

Deposit

I require a 20% deposit for all appointments, and for FMTY or bookings longer than 4 hours, a 30% deposit is needed. I accept Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, Giftcards or Wishtender for deposits.

Cancellation

While we hope everything goes as planned, life can sometimes present unexpected changes. Should the need arise to cancel, here is the cancellation policy:

- 72 hours or less – 25% cancellation fee

- 48 hours or less – 50% cancellation fee

- 24 hours or less – 100% cancellation fee

In the event I must cancel after receiving a deposit, I will promptly return it in full.

Wardrobe

I’m happy to accommodate outfit requests, as long as I have the item in my wardrobe or you cover the cost of purchasing it. Feel free to browse my social media, and if you see something you like, don’t hesitate to request it.

Donation

Please place my donation in an unsealed envelope in a visible spot, like the bathroom. Kindly have it ready when I arrive, as it’s awkward to ask. If we’re meeting in public, you can discreetly place it inside a gift bag, magazine, or book.

Should you wish to extend our time together, I kindly ask that you have cash ready, with my rate being 1000 per additional hour.

Grooming

Hygiene is a priority for me, and I always ensure I am impeccably groomed and fresh for our time together. I kindly ask that you extend the same courtesy by arriving well-prepared and polished. Taking a moment to freshen up, such as brushing your teeth or using a swig of mouthwash, is always appreciated and sets the tone for a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Your attention to these details enhances the connection we share and makes our time together all the more memorable.

Behavior

Your respect is important. Should I feel unsafe or you fail to conduct yourself as a gentleman, I reserve the right to terminate our time together without a refund. Mutual respect and kindness are key.

I understand life happens, but please aim to be on time, as I can only offer a 10-minute grace period before the clock starts. Please don’t arrive early, as that may disrupt my schedule.

Food and Beverages

If you enjoy a drink, feel free to bring something we can savor together. Dry champagne adds a festive touch, and I’m fond of non-sweet red or white wines.

I never tire of sushi, and it’s always a great choice for a light, enjoyable meal. Whether a simple sushi spread or an elaborate omakase, it’s sure to bring a smile to my face. If sushi isn’t your preference, just let me know two of your favorite dishes, and I’ll happily join you.

Touring/FMTY

Rather than a full tour, I prefer to visit select cities when the opportunity arises. If you're unable to come to NYC, a Fly Me To You (FMTY) arrangement would be ideal. For multi-day or overnight trips, I require at least 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep and 1-2 hours for personal activities such as Pilates, a run, or enjoying a latte.

Monthly Arrangements

For those seeking a deeper connection, I offer both exclusive and non-exclusive monthly arrangements. These arrangements allow for more dedicated time, intimate getaways, and consistent communication, even when we’re apart. Please don’t hesitate to inquire for more details.
